ARC Construction recently completed the construction of a BarBurrito restaurant in Banff, marking a significant milestone project for us. This endeavor included the installation of a commercial kitchen, presenting unique challenges due to the franchise’s specific requirements and navigating the complexities of operating within Banff National Park

The project was particularly intricate, involving coordination with both the Town of Banff for permitting and change of use, as well as managing the intricacies of the building itself. With 42 residential units situated above the location and 4 commercial units in the same building, meticulous project management was essential for coordinating power shutdowns, water shutdowns, and road closures. Despite these challenges, the project progressed smoothly and adhered to the schedule, a testament to the diligence and expertise of ARC Construction.
